Located on the second floor of Casa Xelaju’s building, this apartment is a much better option than staying in a hotel. This apartment has a beautiful view of the Cerro el Baul, the center of the city, and other areas. It also has a balcony where you can relax.

Apartment 2A is located five minutes walking distance from Central Park and in the center of the Historic Center and Zona Viva of Xelaju. You will have easy access to markets, grocery stores, Walmart, coffee shops, commercial centers, fine restaurants, etc.
It has one bedroom, a living room, bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and a balcony with a majestic view of the city, hills, and mountains.
This apartment can be rented by the day, week, or month for one or two people. An additional bed fee is $5.00 per day.

**A $60.00 or Q500.00 refundable deposit is due when you arrive at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the apartment.
This deposit will be refunded after one of our representatives checks the apartment. If items are missing or damaged, charges might apply.
